PROZHEKTOR Ltd successfully completed a comprehensive modernization of the explosion-proof lighting system at one of the largest oil refineries in Siberia. The project involved replacing outdated and energy-inefficient fixtures in highly hazardous areas classified as Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Our engineering team designed a custom lighting layout utilizing NPP25-100-SP fixtures, ensuring compliance with strict Ex db IIC T5/T6 Gb marking requirements. Additionally, Emergency AK-LBL systems were integrated into critical evacuation routes to guarantee 60-minute battery backup during power failures.
